This was our second trip to Beach Haven for their Chowderfest and visit to Julia's of Savannah. Tom and Angie have created a charming, comfy, cozy and beautifully decorated and designed inn., a lil' glimpse of Victorian era, yet anything but fussy. Since rain had pretty much dampened our plans this time, we spent much time in our room. We were as pleased with the second room choice as the first visit.They have considered all their guests needs....comfortable beds, tv, internet, fireplace, plush towels, complimentary toiletries and quiet. The inn is immaculate. Tom and Angie are available for advice or friendly conversation.
They are very welcoming and warm. And breakfast was like a full course meal from cereals, fruit, casserole, toast, cakes...quite an assortment from which to choose. The inn is so centrally located within walking distance to the beach or the town's mainstream of restaurants and shops. We are making plans to return again next summer.

Recently my husband and I went for our yearly anniversary trip. We made our first, and hopefully not last, trip to Beach Haven. It was one of our best weekends away. Angie and Tom were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was great and the advice were to go and what to do was very informative. It was so nice to be able to bike around the island and explore or just a few steps and we could be at the beach. It was located within walking distance to shops and great food. Overall a great experience, lovely room and equally lovely people. Very pleasant place to be, a home feeling away from home. We hope to make it back to Julia's again. The hosts of Julia's are warm and friendly, the rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are wonderful. Everything you could ever want in a Bead & Breakfast. You feel like you are relaxing at your own home.

Came down for the weekend to catch a little sun & surf. Our first time at the inn and we absolutely loved the place and its owners. We were looking for a relaxing, romantic and beachy weekend and found all three!!! Tom gave us great recommendations for lunch/dinner during our stay. We're definitely coming back.
