We had a lovely time at the Magnolia House B & B. Cheryl and Tony are gracious hosts and made us feel very welcome. Cheryl set out tea and home backed goodies as soon as we arrived. When we mentioned that we might be interested in a rental for the summer, she passed me her laptop while she got one the phone to track down a real estate contact who specialized in rentals. Tony showed us around and answered all our questions. We were very cozy in Room #7 and awoke to the delicious aroma of wonderful things being prepared for breakfast. I would love to have Tony's recipe for that scrumptious warm blueberry coffee cake. Treat yourself to a stay at the Magnolia House for a truly memorable experience.

We loved it. From the host to the breakfast to the facility. Everything well thought of and every convenience you might want. Fun, romantic and very comfy

Room Tip: Just depends on what you like in terms of size. All are special in their own way.

As bed & breakfast places goes this is one of the nicer ones. We stayed in #2 with a queen 4 poster bed. It is air conditioned but did not work well in our room. In addition, it has a fan but for the poster it can only fit a small blade fan which did nothing to circulate the air in the room. The poster also blocks the view of the tv in the upper coner of the room, although the library is very nice and has a larger TV. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding both days we were there. It is convenient they supply the towels and chairs and have a changing area for your use after you check out.

My husband and I wanted to get away and thought we would give Magnolia House a try. We have stayed in other B & Bs, but this was by far the best. We felt more like visiting friends than guests--as a matter of fact, we had to leave early our last day, and although breakfast (always more delicious food than we could eat) was normally served at 8 a.m., Tony and Cheryl insisted they serve us breakfast before we departed at 7:45. I would recommend Magnolia House to anyone who wanted to stay in Beach Haven!

The Magnolia House is wonderful with a great location in LBI. Tony and Cherly are perfect hosts and the breakfast and other treats were delicious. We have stayed in many B&Bs over the years, including LBI B&Bs, and Magnolia House is tops. Stay at Magnolia House if you visit LBI.
