Excellent waterfront location within minutes' drive of excellent restaurants and facilities in both Laconia and Weirs Beach. We were hoping to book into a cozy, lakefront, cottage-y type motel and got exactly what we expected. Our room (Queen Suite in the main motel) was clean, well cared for, and had all the amenities necessary for a stay of 1 night to 2 weeks. Even a fireplace! I bet it would be a great location for those coming to see the autumn leaves in the Lakes area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was very fair for the high summer season. We will come again and recommend it to family & friends.

This property is a real find on Weirs beach and has direct access to the lake. The rooms are big and the rates are very reasonable. The family who own and manage the hotel are friendly and very nice people. We enjoyed being there very much and kept extending our stay! In the evening they light a fire which makes the whole place really cosy.

We stayed in one of the cottages for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. Fantastic views from our balcony. Clean, comfortable rooms with kitchen, A/C and cable T.V. Super friendly, accommodating owners.

Very nice spot with view of the lake from our deck. Free newspaper delivered to our room every morning. The staff were very friendly and cleaned our room very well every day. Watching the boats go by on the lake while relaxing on the dock every morning was priceless.
