We were saddened to see the review of our property. We remember the guest well and were disappointed she would not allow us accommodate them. They booked a classic waterfront cottage that is well maintained with at beautiful view of the Lake. The cottage is accurately presented on our website. The guest was unhappy that in order to reach the cottage she would have to go down many stairs to the waterfront where the cottage is located. This aspect of our facility is well documented in the many pictures on our website. The motels and suites have been renovated to the standard she quoted in the review, but she had chosen the cottage and would not change to the more modern unit as they were expected to be the only guests here. They chose to come to the area, Monday through Friday in late September, a time that is typically very quiet in the whole area as it is before the foliage arrives and was the middle of the week when families are in school.

I ended up checking your website this morning as I had come across one of the many notes we receive from our guests each year letting us know how much they had enjoyed their trip. They had promised to write a review, but sadly it seems only those who are dissatisfied actually take the time to write them.
