My husband and I are going on our third year of "bike week in Laconia NH........ We are staying at the channel cottages AGAIN!!! We travel with 2 other coupes and this is thier 3rd year as well! Although I can not speak for them I am very confident that they feel the same way!!! We love it there.......purrrrrrfect location......right on the water (the Channel).....convenient store that has everything including gas....walking distance to alot ....and the owners........do not get any better!!!!! W love it there and would recommend it to EVERYONE!!! I give it a purrrrrfect score!!!

The owner or it seem like was rude to people that worked there. Horrible attitude we couldn't enjoy the time there. No Fishing was allowed....You can hear him yell at his neighbors when they were just enjoy the summer. Wouldn't want to live next door.

I brought my 15 year old son & his two friends for a couple of days. Even though we stayed in the cabin by the road, this place was great. It is just far enough away from the center of town to walk and far enough for peace and quiet. The grounds and cottage are extremely clean and the owners are very nice. The beach was small but very nice with tv and stereo right by the water. Great little diner right next door. Definitely would return in a heartbeat.

I spent a week back in May and had a great time. My cabin had a full kitchen and two bedrooms. The property is very well maintained and the owners are friendly and helpful. I happened to be there during a (rainy) fishing tournament and enjoyed watching the boats coming and going from my front porch.
