I just took my family with two kids to this place for a short family trip for one night.
It's relatively new, and pretty much standard for a Holiday Inn Express hotel.
Rooms were clean and spacious, the hot tub was very nice, breakfast okay etc.
With this kind of a large hotel franchise place, you often know what you get for the hardwares.
It was the staff that truly impressed me here; they were truly interested in accommodating my family's needs rather than just putting on nice smiles. I could just smell the relaxed low-key hospitality of these local (some senior) folks; quite comforting.

This is a nice hotel, that has one particularly horrible room - the one we got. We booked far in advance so we could reserve a two bed accessible suite. (I was traveling with my mother who requires some supports.) The room we were given is the ONLY room in the hotel with no view - worse, the only window looked directly out onto a pitched roof. We could only detect whether the sun was shining by standing next to the window an gazing directly up. (I had selected this hotel because it appeared to be in pleasant surroundings that would permit a view.)
I had booked a suite, thinking that my mother would be more comfortable if she could sit in a chair to watch TV instead of having to prop herself up on a bed. Too bad, because the TV could not be seen, or be adjusted to be seen, from the sitting area. The hotel should never should have charged for this room as a suite, given its deficiencies. It should be correctly identified as a deficient room - and anyone who calls to book it should be advised of the problem with the roof right outside the window. I would never have booked that room if I had known.
In all fairness, the hotel services were otherwise good. The breakfast (included) was superb - and the woman who staffs the breakfast room was terrific! - pleasantly responsive to everyone's requests, even preparing eggs when we wandered into the room just before breakfast ended our first day.

The location was great. Typical stay for a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This was mostly a shopping trip for Tanger Outlets (deals were sparsed) ....hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the outlet. The hotel is also conveniently located right off the I 93 - real convenient. Hotel was fully booked - ended up getting a handicapped room - extremely spacious. Room was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Free WiFI and complimentary breakfast were also very appreciated. All in all ...a very pleasant stay

I booked this room with my reward points as a quick getaway and received a room with a gas fireplace which made the stay toasty!. This is right near a great fireworks shop, tanger outlets, a liquor store and many places to eat and shop. We also went to the new hampshire speedway for a christmas light displays. The location is great right off 93, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.. great free breakfast I would def stay again!
