I stayed here for 2-weeks in August with my family who were traveling on business with me. Overall accommodations were very good. The Breakfast and "Dinner" were passable at best as the quality of food was quite low. Staff was accommodating to our needs and very responsive to any issues.

Our room was fairly noisy at this location. My main complaint, though, is that my daughter got swimmer's ear (and perforated eardrum) from either the pool or the hot tub. She is not prone to ear infections (this was only her 2nd one in her life) so the pool/hot tub needs to be better maintained.

We stayed here for a long weekend in August. We were very pleased with our stay. The place was very clean, the location was great, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating.

I was happy with how clean the hotel was, both in the lobby and our room. I am always concerned about hotels being clean, and this one met my approval. The staff on duty during our stay was great. Everyone was very nice and eager to help with whatever we needed. The people at the front desk always greeted us when we came in, and said goodbye whenever we walked out the front door. Any time we needed anything from housekeeping (towels, etc) they arrived in a very timely manner and the people who brought them to us were always friendly. The staff working at the breakfast area were all kind and helpful. They kept the breakfast rush running smoothly and when things needed to be replenished, they took care of it immediately. The breakfast was just ok...not the best we have ever had, but certainly not the worst. They have a daily special and it was better on some days than others. They do have waffle irons so you can make your own waffles, which is always a good thing!


The location was perfect for our needs. We were very close to downtown and also close to highway access. We also went into Maine a couple of times over the weekend, and the location of our hotel made this an easy thing to do. We appreciated the convenience of the location very much.

All in all, it was a nice stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in the area.

I have NEVER written a review before but we had the best time this w/e and I needed to share . I believe that the place you stay sets the stage for the rest of your trip. If it isnt good, it can wreck your whole trip!!! The room was perfect for my family of 5, everyone slept great! The breakfast every morning was amazing. I could not believe how much food there was! We had waffles everyday with strawberries and whipped cream. Bacon, sausages, french toast, scrambled eggs, quiche, donuts, muffins, bagels, toast and fruit and yogurt were choices we had daily! My kids loved the outdoor basketball court especially at night under the lights. The pool was big enough for the kids to swim and play. The staff was so nice and helpful. They were always asking if we needed anything. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were so close to the Highway that we were close to Maine, beaches, downtown, the Harbor, strawberry Banks, and water country (we actually went to all of these in 3 days) We have already started planning our trip for next year!
