We had a suite - their best type of room - for less than the cheap rooms at others hotels in Portsmouth (we've stayed at all of them). Location was perfect. The bed seemed the largest and most comfortable I've ever had. The staff was very helpful. We'll definitely return!

I have stayed at this facility numerous times over the past few months and never been disappointed. The rooms are nicely appointed and work for business or personal travel. The Lounge is actually a great meeting spot and is usually peppered with locals as well as the regular group of business travelers looking to unwind or meet up to head out with others. The food is quite good, although the menu could use some specials and more regular changes to keep it interesting; however, there is no shortage of great restaurants within walking distance.

This is a nice, bright, shiny, clean new hotel that delivered good value. Great location, helpful staff, comfortable beds with cozy comforters. Small fitness and pool area but if you are visiting in the summer...you are out at the beaches and outdoor pools. Portsmouth has great shopping and great restaurants and this hotel puts you in the middle of all of it! Not plush...but certainly comfortable and clean.

It is out-of-the-way, down a one-way street, but easily walkable to all Portsmouth shops and restaurants. The staff is great. The rooms are comfortable. Great beds and pillows. No street noise. Kids loved the smallish pool, which would not do for lap-swimming. Good exercise room. Wifi. Live music at the bar downstairs on the weekends. What I most liked is the valet parking with your car at hand almost immediately. My daughter-in-law, who also stayed there in another room, didn't like paying the valet parking fee, so every day for a week, she found parking on the streets surrounding the hotel. The only thing is the very mediocre meal we had at the restaurant one evening when we were too tired to walk to town because of moving. Don't eat any meal but breakfast there is my advice.
