My wife and I had a great weekend stay here. We upgraded to Club Level so we could get a king bed. Loved everything about the hotel except the elevator. Only one of the two lifts serves the Club Level and we spent a significant part of our stay waiting for the elevator. It seems to move at a good clip, but the the doors on each floor seem to be dragging in molasses and take a minute to cycle through an open/close. I can't believe I am 'that guy' complaining about this... but I have seriously never seen an elevator take so long.

But everything else - including staff - was excellent!

Stayed at the Sheraton with my teenaged niece for a few days. It's in a great location, easy walk to all the downtown attractions. The gym is fully equipped, and the pool clean and at a very comfortable temperature. A little disappointed the sauna wasn't in operation while we were there. We enjoyed the food and service at breakfast. The room and bath were comfortable, but we had to change rooms late one night due to the heater making a racket and blowing cold air. We were moved closer to the elevator where the sound of people coming and going interrupted sleep. I would have appreciated a little more responsiveness from the front desk staff person who handled the situation.

We are a 30 something couple who recently spent a night with a small pet. The room was really nice and the hotel was overall very welcoming and pet friendly. Too bad the sauna was not working and that there is no jacuzzi.

Stayed here with my four girlfriends for a moms' getaway weekend this weekend. We had a great stay. Phil and Robert were quite helpful at the front desk. Phil took care of a minor problem with our reservation and both were very helpful with area suggestions and directions. Our adjoining rooms were clean and quiet and parking was very easy as it was in the garage beneath the hotel. We will definitely be back!
