A nice comfortable room at the best price in the area. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you want a clean decent place to sleep you can't go wrong. It you need a flat screen huge tv etc. then keep looking.

First time guest. Booked a one night stay less than a week before arrival. I reserved a room with one Queen size bed. When I arrived I was told that I had been upgraded to a KIng sixe bed and even better there was an in room jacuzzi tub for two! The room was immaculate and appeared to have been recently renovated but not sure about that.
A very friendly family run establishment. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Overall a nice stay and great location, though the price seemed a little steep for what you get. Room was a little outdated and the TV was tiny, though the room was clean and smelled nice. It was nothing special but when it comes down to it the stay was pleasant. The location is definitely a reason to come back.

We've stayed at the Colonial Motel a couple times. We usually stay in the winter during ski season. We've never had any issues here and the staff is wonderful! Jerry is very nice and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay, and have things to do while visiting. I do have to say that last time we booked it was full so we got stuck with the handicapped room....it had a huge bathroom/shower but the walls were paper thin and we could hear pretty much everything that was going on next door (and it was a couple) the room was located on the bottom down the hill. But before that we had a room up by the office and it was great and we weren't bothered by any noises, so I guess it depends on where you stay. The rooms were very clean and very good value, which is why we will continue to stay here when we head up north!
