The rooms were meticulously clean and virtually no noise from neighbors (and all rooms were full)
Beware of 2 things though - A/C was either not working or inadequate and registration is done at Eastern Slope Inn, not on-site

Stayed here twice when we couldn't get into the time shares at Eastern Slopes Inn. The Oxen Yoke is an off-site property of Eastern Slopes Inn. First time, the place was a mess and in dire need of renovation. Vowed not to stay again. Second time we booked only because we were assured it had been totally renovated. Although it had been, ie: fresh paint, wallpaper, furniture, bedding, linens, etc - it was NOT without problems. First - no chair to sit in if you want to read, watch TV, or put on your shoes. The only seating is the bed; Second - the only mirror is the small one over the sink in the bathroom (bathroom is very tiny with no space to put toiletries but I already knew this); Third - the heating/cooling system was not working. The main office did deliver a fan. It was not a comfortable vacation. The room was in the 90's and we contemplated sleeping outside but didn't want to get eaten alive. On the plus side, it was clean and attractive enough, considering it had been recently renovated.
