Average Marriott, nice common spaces, however rooms and hallways are a bit aged and dim.

I stayed at this property for a week on business. It's a newer property with friendly and helpful staff. The food is good, and its close to a number restaurants within 5-10m drive. Room was clean, and fresh. The Internet service is free, and as I find typical with many hotels, very inconsistent. I recommend this property, and would stay again.

We stayed at Nashua, NH Courtyard over Thanksgiving weekend 2011. We are frequent guests at this property because of the level of service and the quality of the facilities at this property. Once again this property did not disappoint. The pool and hot tub were at the perfect temperature. In the past sometimes the pool has been cold but lately the management has realized the pool is a major attraction at this property and has maintained the pool temperature at an enjoyable level. The hot tub is always nice and this time was very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast can be a bit expensive at 12.95. But this time there was plenty of fresh fruit such as grapefruit, strawberries, oranges, cantaloupe etc. In addition to eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, omelets and hash browns. There is also the usual breakfast pastries. The fresh selection this time made the cost of the breakfast well worth the expense. The 2 ladies in the restaurant, make for an enjoyable visit. This property has a terrific sit down restaurant and not one of the counter service Bistro type restaurants that Courtyard is promoting. This is MUCH nicer than the Bistros! We did experience trouble with the internet in our room. It would work in the pool and lobby areas but not in the room. After 2 days the problem was corrected but should not have taken so long. Overall this is a great place to stay and I prefer to stay here over less expensive properties in the area simply because of the service, quality breakfast and the nice warm pool. While the property is very clean it is time for a major refurbishment simply because with the age of the hotel it is becoming worn out. I would not hesitate to stay in this resort again.

Overall, this hotel was good. The bed was super comfortable, the room was big and clean. My one complaint was that our room was near the ice-maker and it was a little noisy at night. Maybe request not to be near it, and you'll be fine.

The little convenience store in the lobby was a nice amenity, but totally overpriced (as you might expect). There was a nice bar and food in the hotel lobby.

Not a terribly exciting area, but I was there for a half marathon in Hollis, NH (15 mins away) and it was a good value.
