“Acceptably simple”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

We have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels in other states. This one was very simplistic. There were lots of things that other Extended Stay hotels have but this one does not. For example, this hotel did NOT have a fitness center, pool, breakfast buffet, dishwasher, hair dryer, flatscreen TV, DVD player, sofabed, pen and paper, or extra pillows. If any of those things are important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. The office staff was friendly and the location was close to the highway.

“Well located, nice staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2011

We were staying for a large family party and needed extra beds. The bed's were comfortable and clean. The rest of the unit wasn't exceptionally clean. I never like to find traces of former visitors. The kitchenette looked like someone had been living there and just wiped over the horizontal surfaces. The vertical surfaces hadn't been wiped at all (you could see food spatters). They should either replace their vacuum cleaners or the people using them. The staff was very nice and accomodating, well located and the price was right...I just wish the owners of this property had higher standards of upkeep because it is a nice hotel.

“Great for the Price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

For the low price I paid in mid-October (non-peak leaves, not a holiday weekend), this was a great find. I traveled with a friend and my 1 year old. Because we needed the space and at least a fridge to keep milk and some food, this mini-suite was perfect for us.

You walk into the kitchen which had a fridge, microwave, small stove, coffee pot and sink. Off of the kitchen is a decent size bathroom with a great amount of counter space. The rest of the room was a good size with a comfortable queen bed. The sheets as well as the rest of the linens and room were very clean. There wasn't a lot of room out of the way to place the baby-tent I brought, but we managed to tuck it into the corner a little bit.

There were no toiletries in the room nor any soap to wash the dishes even though there were towels to do so. There was hand soap however. I had to go down to the front desk to get a blow dryer and extra pillows (2 for a queen bed). There was an iron and ironing board in the room. They had lots of toothpaste at the front desk sitting in a bowl so I'm sure they had soap as well if we had needed it. Also, they only have weekly maid service (and between guests), but you can take towels down to the desk to exchange them if you need to.

The area where the hotel is is an industrial park right off the highway. I felt completely safe there, but there wasn't anything in walking distance. We had a car so we were able to go to the grocery store and drug stores close by.

I wasn't entirely pleased with the check-in process, but I can't entirely blame the hotel. When I booked through Expedia, I requested a pack and play if possible. That message never came through to the hotel. The guy at the desk said if I had called, they could have arranged it. I'm not sure where they would have gotten it from since they needed several days notice, so that upset me from the hotel's side.

Also, before I booked, I tried to call the hotel to confirm if they had pack and plays and to confirm the different between the suite and the signature suite. The 800 number was obviously a call center, possibly in another country. She didn't seem to know the difference and when I asked if one was bigger, she said, 'Yes, that's it.' It was $5 more to book that room over the phone than Expedia, so I hung up (after she badgered me for several minutes trying to get me to book with her). I felt badly she didn't get her commission, but I couldn't find the local number. In the end, I wish I had searched more because that would have saved me a lot of trouble.

It turns out, they don't have any signature suites at this hotel so I paid more than I should have. I just got back and haven't yet contacted anyone about it, but I wanted to make a note so others don't do the same thing.

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor and it was very nice.

“A standard stay for a standard price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 October 2011

This hotel is located off Exit 8 on Route 3 in Nashua, about 15 minutes from the Daniel Webster/Spitbrook area.

It is very "standard" in terms of cleanliness, service, etc., Nothing amazing, but nothing horrible. Because it is an extended stay hotel, the rooms come with a kitchenette. No on-site dining (besides a free sample of craisins at the front desk), but a fair selection of restaurants and delivery nearby.

Unless you are planning on staying long-term, there are plenty of other options in the area that are competitive with this hotel. I'd base future stays here solely on the deal I can get when compared with neighboring hotels.

Room Tip: Try to get as far away from the smoking rooms as possible (if you're a non-smoker), because the...

“comfortable and affordable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2011

We stayed here for 3 weeks and found the room very large (large bathroom too !) and comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked and clean. The laundry room was accessible and reasonable cost-wise. All of the staff were friendly and eager to help out with any requests. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: first floor has newly renovated rooms and are all nonsmoking on that floor.
