“A great hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 January 2012

We stayed here for one night in November 2011 in order to attend a concert at the Verizon Center (Andre Rieu Orchestra). The hotel is in the middle of town and just a short stroll from the arena - we chose it because of this and were so glad we did. The room, staff, and hotel in general were just excellent. I would have loved to stay longer. The buffet breakfast was fine except for the scrambled eggs (our only complaint), and again the staff was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back. The price was more than we normally pay but was well worth it.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view.

“Stunning View Excellent Service Delicious Meals!”

After a long and exhausting multi-leg journey, I was thrilled and relieved to find the staff at the Radisson Hotel/Manchester, NH very friendly and positive!
Angel, the desk clerk was very professional, courteous and friendly. I merely asked "how is the view" referring to the room, she took that upon herself to make sure I had a room with a stunning view! The room was clean, ample towels, very comfortable! The restaurant's food was prepared fresh and delicious!
This is the only place I'll stay in Manchester for future trips!

Room Tip: Make sure you ask how to operate the "sleep numbers" bed, I finally gave up not being fami...

“New Years Eve - delightful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

We spent one night at the Radisson on New Years Eve. We wanted to be in the center of Manchester to do a little bar hopping and enjoy the night life. The Radisson had a huge New Years party going on, as well as having much of the conference center dedicated to the approaching NH primary election, but they still had rooms available approximately three weeks before the event. Although we did not attend the party, all of the hotel amenities were available to us. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was oversized. We were traveling with a friend, and the staff had obviously paid attention to our booking for three adults -- towels and other comforts were prepared for three. The view of Manchester's historic millyard district was excellent from the ninth floor. The front desk was fully staffed and made fast work of checking in a long line of guests. Even on perhaps the busiest night of the year, guest services greeted us by name when we called from our room and we were pleasantly surprised when our extra packages of coffee were delivered to our door within two minutes of our call. We started our evening in the hotel's restaurant, JD's Tavern. Service was a little bit slow on such a busy night, but all of the staff was polite, friendly, and apologetic. I highly recommend the calamari with sweet chili sauce. From the restaurant, we were within walking distance to JW Hill's, Jillian's, Murphy's Taproom, and the Wild Rover -- and those are only the bars we had time to get to. In the wee morning hours, we enjoyed breakfast at the Red Arrow before walking back to our room. Before checking out, we took advantage of the hotel's weekend buffet breakfast. It was very good, had all the basics plus a ton of delicious fresh fruit. A good time was had by our entire party. The Radisson was a fun and comfortable home base for a night of city life. My only disappointment? Parking in the hotel's garage was not free for guests. We were charged $8 per car for overnight parking.

“Wonderful Hotel Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 December 2011

Hotel is in a great spot in town, close to many restaurants and the Verizon center. You can walk everywhere from this hotel. Staff went above and beyond expectations and were very friendly from checkin to checkout. It was a completely booked hotel the week I was there and the staff still treated you like you were the only guest. It was amazing. I traveled with my 11 month old son and they assisted me in every way possible from helping with my bags to making sure the crib was set up and ready at my arrival. Room was very clean and indoor pool was very nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and suggest this hotel to everyone I know. Food at JW's is okay, but there are so many choices within walking distance that give you many options. GREAT HOTEL!

“Awesome Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 December 2011

My wife and I were looking for a hotel in NH to base our Christmas shopping from for a weekend. This downtown hotel is clean, modern and has a great restaurant. It is also located minutes from the Mall of NH and right across the street from the Verizon Center and several other venues to have fun at. I was impressed by the staff's willingness to go the extra mile. For example, we had forgotten our hotel "exit card" for the parking garage one evening and ended up paying the 5 or 10 dollars to get out. When I mentioned jokingly to the staff upon check out they immeidately reimbursed me for what was, my dumb mistake. Nice work!
