I came here with family last winter and had an incredible stay. Personally met the GM, Homer who welcomed us and gave me his business card. Since last yr was great, we decided to come back for a few days to visit family. Well this stay was awful! When I walked in the door it was an awful experience! The heavyset gentleman at the desk was in a bad mood, the room had dirty towels left under the bed and I heard employees chatting about personal issues at the front desk. There was also no chef and some person with clearly no cooking experience was preparing my daughters meal... fortunately for others, they decided to close the restaurant early. I found out as we left that Homer was "no longer running this location"... no wonder why everything is falling apart. Never will stay there again...
