I stayed at this hotel for one night in June 2011. I will not return until such time as Sheraton brings this hotel up to the level I would expect from a Sheraton property! The staff were quite pleasant but the facility is in dire need of updating. I visit Manchester quite often for business and there are several better options than this hotel. I prefer to stay at one of the various Marriott properties nearby. I can spent less money at the Fairfield Inn or the Springhill Suites and get a breakfast included (which is not included at the Four Points). The Springfield is much closer to the airport.

I traveling to Manchester for work. I was not excited about this hotel because it did not appear very nice, but I was pleasantly impressed with the gal working in the breakfast bar. She was very sweet. The front desk was nice also. My room was fine, better than expected.

This 4 Points Sheraton was a disappointment. The bedspread was very old and worn and the foyer light didn't work. There was no clock in the room. The room looked more like a budget hotel than a Sheraton. The staff was friendly.

Stayed at the Sheraton Manchester Airport and would come back again if visiting the area. Complimentary shuttle to the airport and very attentive front desk staff. Rooms were clean and up-to-date, with a fairly large TV. Rooms were a bit on the small side but for a convenient hotel near the airport, this is a good place to stay. Beds were so comfortable, made it tough to get up in the morning! Located right next to the Manchester Mall and about 10 minutes ($12 cab) from Verizon Wireless Arena.
