It was the night of 08/26/11. The room appeared clean enough, but I should have inspected. I didn't sleep well and awoke with bumps on the underside of my chin but didn't think much about it. By the next day, I had numerous lines and clusters of bedbug bites on my arms and legs as well. It turns out that I am one who is sensitive and after a week I am still very uncomfortable with the itchy, painful bites. And, I have to worry a lot about whether I brought bedbugs home with me. My friend who slept in the other bed in the same room has not gotten any bites, Twice I sent e-mails to alert the proprietor of the problem so that the room could be inspected and treated, with no reply -- very disappointing.

Compared to our previous 3 nights in New England hotels, this one stood out for value and service. The continental breakfast beats most hotels. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Littleton.

We stayed one night here in the middle of April 2011. We arrived quite early in the afternoon (before check--in) , but the staff let us into our room right away. The staff were friendly, and can't complain about the service we recevied. The room we had was very small, especially the bathroom. The main problem we had here was the bed. The bed was quite squeaky and rickety. We felt like any sudden movements we made would bring the whole thing down. The bed also felt quite uneven when we were laying down and trying to sleep. The bathroom was very small (already mentioned) and didn't seem that clean to me. I was quite put off by the shower, and didn't use it.

The upside to this place was the location. It was very quiet once we were in our room. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast options were good.

stayed recently with my wife and 4.5 year old. we had a very comfortable room with two queen beds, refrigerator. nice and clean and had a second door that opened out back to a nice green yard. this is not a 4-star hotel or a cute little B&B, but for what it is, a well-priced motel that serves a decent continental breakfast, you will be hard pressed to find a better deal. the folks that run the place a extremely nice.

a bit of advice: eastgate does not have a pool. the place right next door does however, and this was a bit of a tease.
