The service here is cold and uninviting. I've stayed at the courtyard several times while visiting Dartmouth. Once o had to stay as the Resience Inn next door...and I'm never coming back. The front desk staff is very curt and I have sometimes even felt as though I was an interruption to their day. Rooms are average. It's nice to have a small fridge, but again, next door I pay less and have a full kitchen. Housekeepers do a good job, but rooms are still average. Breakfast and dinner are not worth the charge. I guess I didn't know what I was missing staying here. When I first booked last year, I thought I was staying in a brand new hotel. That is not the case. There are newer hotels in the area and this one is 6 years old...not brand new.

We have stayed at this Courtyard several times and have been happy with each visit. Last week, our room was ready upon arrival and spotless. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for visiting Dartmouth or driving an easy 20 minutes for dinner and shopping at Simon Pearce in Quechee, Vermont or exploring the charming village of nearby Norwich, NH.

Newer and very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, clean and equipped with a small refrigerator. With a grocery store a short walk away, I was able to store food for breakfast and dinner instead of going out which is sometimes preferable after a long day. Hubby has stayed here separately for business and always has a very positive experience. We will be back for business and pleasure.

This is a brand new Marriott Courtyard. Location is good, not too far from major highway and has a string of stores nearby for convenience. Staff was very friendly. Room clean. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. If you like diner food, we recommend you ask for directions to The Fort, which is a nearby truck stop. It is a little hard to find, but the food is great and they make their own baked goods.
