We had a wonderful stay at the Bay Top for a 3 night long weekend. George, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the water from the picnic area and gazebo, the pool area during a hot afternoon, and the proximity of the hotel to weirs beach and other Laconia attractions! The room itself fit our needs, and the microwave and refrigerator came in very handy. The only small complaint we had was the lack of a bathtub. We have a 2 year old daughter who is afraid of showers, so that made for a difficult time! Other than that though, everything was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again! The motel was completely booked while we were there, but we never were disturbed by any noise or anything! We loved the Bay Top and look forward to our future visits.

This is a great little place that I plan to visit again. Nice clean rooms that feel spacious with the usual amenities, plus big LCD tv. Friendly staff, quaint atmosphere, and conveniently located right by the boardwalk and just down the road from Funspot. Quiet too, couldn't hear my neighbors thru the wall like you might expect from a smaller place. Best of all, inexpensive - and great value!

Perfectly located, lovely grounds, welcoming and accomodating staff. Very neat and clean, it is obvious this propertly is well loved and cared for and lots of forethought in providing little extra's usually not found these days. We will def stay when we are in the area again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at the Bay Top Motel. We stayed in the deluxe king room. The room was comfortable and clean and met our needs during our time in Laconia - and it was very reasonably priced! We really enjoyed having the microwave and frig in our room and the use of the ice machine outside - we took advantage of these quite often! The only one thing that we thought could change (and it is a small thing) is for the outside lights to be turned off or dimmed at night because the light leaked into our room. George was great! He was courteous and accomodating and gave us some great tips on things to do in the area! He made us feel so welcome! The motel has a pretty view of the lake and beautiful landscaping! You could really tell that a lot of care and attention goes into the facility. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!
