Sitting in the yard is such a quiet experience the scenery is like something out of a romantic movie....the rooms reflect that romance. Sue and Charlie Lyle are very accommodating, and made me feel very welcomed. I stayed in "Nabby's Nook" and found the everything to be comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely Delicious and plentiful. I wish I could have stayed longer, and look forward to visiting again this summer.

i had the pleasure of staying at the benjamin prescott in for a few nights while i was in new england visiting family. i arrived in the afternoon to a warm welcome from one of the innkeepers, charlie. his enthusiasm for the area and its people was infectious. i was graciously shown my room, equipped with a private bathroom, a sitting area, and a spacious king size bed. my windows looked out over countless acres of farmland and to a nearby barn. in the morning the other innkeeper, sue, started my day with warm wishes and heart-felt familiarity. the breakfast sealed the deal--an egg baked into a savory pastry cup, topped with herbs and spice. sue and charlie created a wonderful space in which i felt entirely comfortable. i recommend this bed and breakfast heartily.

Lovely inn with a beautiful view. Have stayed here quite a few times in various rooms, all have been very clean and spacious. Nice breakfast every morning and innkeepers are friendly and make you feel like family.

My experience staying at the Benjamin Prescott Inn (BPI) was the most positive, relaxing and comfortable stay that I have ever experienced at a B&B. The warmth and friendly staff made this one of my favorite places to visit. I would highly recommend it to be added to the itinerary if anyone is planning an overnight trip in New England.

The room accommodations, furniture, decorative authentic colonial style and private facilities were comfortable and contributed to the charming and peaceful atmosphere that is felt the moment you walk in.

We had a full breakfast in the morning with homemade quiche, fresh fruit and muffins, juice, coffee and tea. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and meeting other guests.
We also enjoyed talking with the hosts who were very friendly, courteous and informative about the history of the Inn and the Jaffrey NH area.

We had a very busy day planned for this visit, but we hope to visit the Inn again soon. I would enjoy revisiting when time would allow for just hanging out at the Inn for a peaceful get-a-away.
