We stayed 2 nights in January, which also included morning cooking classes. I was asked if this was for a special occasion and let them know it was my husband's birthday gift. Our room had a bottle of champagne with birthday wishes waiting for us upon our arrival. The wood burning fireplace with the 2 chairs flanking it was nice in the evening for winding down. The food was very good, the staff and owners were very accommodating making sure everything was to our liking.
The real treat was the cooking classes, Chef Peter was great, he taught us different techniques as well as the science behind each recipe. We are hoping to go again next year to attend another class.
