I have been coming to Hampton Beach for 29yrs. This is by far the best place ever. The cleanliness is on the top of the list for Mary and Rose. The next is the time they have put into knowing there(repeated)quests and spending time with all of us. It is touching to go away leave your everyday life at home where you are comfortable.....and go to a place your are received of as part of the family....

We booked this motel based on past reviews. It was wonderful. we were treated like family and were offered great suggestions about where to eat and other amenities. The room was clean and well looked after. A bit of a tight squeeze in places but well worth the price. It's close to the beach and an easy walk to where the action is. If we pass through this way we'll be back again.

We drove in from Boston where we had spent the night at the Hyatt in cambridge for a whooping $400, in which the hotel had nothing to offer at all. Coming to this motel from that was awesome, we were amazed at the things we had at this place compared to the other. We absolutely loved it here and are going to be coming every year from now on. The two women that greeted us were amazing and made us feel so at home. They were so friendly and gave us great advice on were to park the following day when we were checking out. Again, if you are doing to Hampton Beach this is definitely the place to stay!!! Thank you so much for making the tail end of our vacation one we will never forget.

The motel was very clean and cozy. The rooms are not big, but a clean place to sleep and shower. They have a small refrigerator and microwave at no extra charge. The owner Mary is such a nice person. She was so helpful as to where to go and where to eat. She makes you feel very much at home. The girls who clean the rooms are like family to her and again they are very sweet. It is a small motel located about 2 blocks from the beach, very easy to walk in 5 minutes and about 12 minutes from the boardwalk. Nice end of the strip quite and so relaxing. Very safe feeling, slept with the windows open. Would stay again in the future.
