This is a clean, pleasant motel. The owner is lovely--so pleasant and friendly. She was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was great. It had everything was needed. The pool was clean and inviting. The walk to the beach is minutes (3 maybe) but being set off of the boardwalk makes this a quieter location with very little traffic noise. It was quiet for sleeping and resting. Our teenage boys loved it---they enjoyed the pool and all the fun that Hampton has to offer. The motel is perfect because you don't have to worry about things getting out of hand there--there is a security guard on all night and that is a plus. We had lots of fun, my boys had fun but we knew that loud crazy parties would not be tolerated and we were happy about that. You can't go wrong staying here. It is very well kept and clean. What more could a family want?

The Mainsail is the cleanest motel in Hampton. We would not stay anywhere else!
It is quiet, comfortable and secure. The owners are wonderful and accommodating people. Great outdoor pool, secure off street parking and excellent housekeeping!!!

Our family stayed in an apartment and it was awesome. The pool was heated and we had great time there. We were advised ahead of time regarding the supplies that we would need to bring. The location is perfect and it was quiet at night. Best place to stay with your family.

The room was clean and spacious. We were used to small rooms in the motels in Hampton Beach and this was a nice suprise. There was a heated pool that looked refreshing but we did not have time to use. It was a very short walk to the beach and the main st area. We look forward to returning. This will be out Hampton Beach lodging spot and will highly recommend to our family and friends.
