My husband and I were buying a boat at nearby Fay's Marnia. This is why we selected the Fireside. We were initally supposed to be going with our youngest daughter, but at the last minute she changed her mind. Upon check in we told the front desk person that we were now down to two people, so she went ahead and reduced our rate. I then asked for a room with a king size bed, which she quickly accomodiated us with. The staff interaction we had was both friendly and accomodating.
We will be back here to stay soon!!

staff was very nice the place was clean, it's not modern but still a nice hotel they just put new mattresses in the room's my room had a balcony, love the pool , wieght room was better than most hotel's continental breakfast also good.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. While in my room, I called the front desk as I couldn't get the heater to work. The maintenance supervisor (Ray) fixed the problem while I was out having dinner and left a card stating that if any other problems arose, he would be more than happy to come back. The room was toasty warm when I returned. Good size room and the balcony was a surprise added bonus as was the breakfast. I expected pastry and coffee but there was much more and the attendant was extremely courteous and helpful. I loved the spa. Very clean and the water temp was perfect. An all-around wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable room and great full continental breakfast. Very nice hotel staff. It was perfect for a fall getaway! Near Funspot and Weirs Beach. Would stay again.
