The good:

The room was fresh and reasonably spacious. I prefer the step in showers in many newer Hamptons, so that was a plus. Good wireless with LAN backup. Plenty of power outlets at desk. Towels were fluffy (for a non-luxury hotel) Good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Where they can improve:

Add a mini-fridge. Four standard pillows for a king bed doesn't cut it. Add at least one, preferably two more.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air after our disappointment with the Hilton at Niagara. Friendly reception and spotless rooms with an excellent buffet breakfast.
Convenient location for outlet shopping.
Ideal for an overnight stay.

Enjoyed my stay, comfiest bed out of all of the many Hampton Inns I have stayed at.
Stand out feature of this hotel was biodegradable breakfast cutlery, I am impressed. It is a step in the right direction for the hotel industry. Also the housekeeping staff seemed more environmentally conscious than most places I stay. As with all Hamptons, go for the fresh fruit bowl and avoid the silver platter microwave junk!

We decided to make a last minute trip to Portsmouth and found most of the large hotels in downtown fulll. We decided to travel over to Dover and found the Hampton Inn. It was one of the best hotels in the area. The price was right, lower than Portsmouth. The rooms were excellent, clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were the best! I'd like to buy some for home! The indoor pool was clean, with a great hot tub/whirlpool. Free breakfast the next morning was a bonus we didn't expect. the location was near all the restaurants, shopping and not far from Portsmouth. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
