Cannot say enough about this place. Innkeepers Jerry and Craig are very welcoming and attentive. The inn is cozy and luxuriant. Attention to detail is apparent throughout. Our room was spacious and with a wonderful view of the river - that in itself was worth it. Walls are thin and voices carry, but this took nothing away from the experience. Breakfast was delicious and artfully presented in the charming dining area. The view is picturesque. Wonderful overall. My girlfriend and I are definitely planning on returning.

My girlfriend and I were on holiday recently all the way from Australia to the United States where we concentrated on Vermont, New Hampshire and Cape Cod before heading to New York. Riverbend Inn, NH was certainly one of the highlights of our trip. Craig and Jerry's attention to detail is simply outstanding. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated. We were encouraged to utilise the lounge area during the evening to which we sat amongst an open fireplace prior to dinner reservations and were surrounded by many beautiful artifacts and decorations which Craig and Jerry have collected on their travels. The river which flows at the back of the property provides a serene and lovely backdrop to a most outstanding inn. The breakfasts were such a treat, very much a highlight of our stay and we felt very spoilt with two courses each morning and different offerings each day. To say that Craig and Jerry do this well is an understatement, these guys were meant to operate a B & B, they do it very well indeed.

The area itself is a beautiful part of New Hampshire with Lake Chocorua situated within minutes of the property, there is plenty to see and wonderful close drives to Meredith and across to Lincoln via the Kancgamus Highway. Craig and Jerry are only happy to give suggested routes to their surrounds as well as restaurant ideas for dinner.
If you are looking for a beautiful inn around this area of New Hampshire you have certainly found it here. I look forward to one day returning for an extremely indulgent getaway.

My partner and I stayed at the Riverbend Inn for two nights last week while travelling through New England. The Inn is beautifully decorated throughout, and full of character. Our room (the green room) was tranquil and restfully romantic, with a lovely deck overlooking the grounds and the river. The bed was SO comfortable. Craig and Jerry recommended great places to eat - and made reservations for us - and trips to see the best of the New Hampshire countryside and foliage. The breakfasts were superb - way beyond the usual b&b fare - flavoursome, inventive and healthy (not too healthy!). We wished we could have stayed longer in this special place.

My husband and I stayed at the Riverbend Inn while enjoying New Hampshire fall foliage. Bottom line, there is nothing about this inn that I didn't absolutely love! Jerry and Craig are the best hosts ever!! The night of our arrival, we inquired about where to dine in the area. Not only did Jerry recomend a great place and call to make reservations for us, when we returned from a hike later in the day, we found directions to the restaurant waiting for us in our room. That's what I call service!! Our room was unbelievably clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts every morning are amazing... very creative and different! If it wasn't for Jerry and Craig, to this day I still wouldn't know what a pluot is!! If I could give this inn a 10 I would. I can't say enough good things about it. I can't wait to return!
