“Worth the stay. No reason to hesitate.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

I found this Hampton Inn to be a bit above average. It gives all the expected features of the brand, does them well, but just has that little extra that makes it a bit above the crowd. It's location is very close to the interstate, almost like it has its own exit.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

“Usually good value-not primary election night”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

Hampton Inns are generally good value and had stayed here before, so no thoughts about staying here again. They didn't disappoint on service or quality, but $200 just because it was primary night seems a bit much.

The room was clean and comfortable, as expected and the cup of hot soup on check-in is a nice plus. Breakfast in the morning was typical Hampton and kept well stocked.

Would I stay here again? Sure, just try to avoid primary election night.

“Above average Hampton Inn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 January 2012

Was in the area on business and stayed for two nights. Hotel is well-located, at the intersections of I-89 and I-93, so it'll be easy to get going to pretty much anywhere in New Hampshire. Also, it's just a short drive from most of the good restaurants in downtown Concord.
The hotel looked like it was renovated fairly recently. The room decor was fresh. The spacious bathroom was spotless. After a day on the road, it was nice to come back to the hotel and have fresh cookies as well as hot soup available--a very nice touch, which was complemented by a friendly front-desk staff.
The only hiccup was one not of the hotel's doing. A wind storm had knocked out power to the area, which made packing and gettng dressed a bit of a challenge. But when I finally got my act together despite being a bit grungy, the staff had put out cold breakfast items to eat and had managed to make some coffee before the power went out. Everybody seemed to be handling the situation with equanimity. When I checked my email later that day, there was a note from the general manager thanking me for the stay and hoping I would come back when the electricity would ostensibly stay on for good. The next time I'm in the area, I plan to do just that.

“Clean, quiet - consistently”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011

Have stayed here several times on business year round. Consistently clean, quiet. Management takes active interest in guests. Nice breakfast. Wish they had a hot tub.

Room Tip: there is sort of an odd "around the corner" kind of wing from lobby but all rooms seem sim...

“Good value for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 October 2011

Hello,

We've spent one night in Octobre, on our way to Boston.
We had a good deal through Expedia.ca (120$/night, breakfast included).
It was a standard room, with 2 double beds (no more king beds available), quiet, nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. We arrived late (10:30 pm) and they kept our room available.
A hot breakfast was included, with a lot of food, everyone could find what he likes.
The staff was nice and helpful.

No negative thing to say.

Room Tip: If you book through a website, make sure to call the hotel, to confirm your reservation with them, a...
