Hairs on the sheets, dirt on carpet that was so badly stained you could not tell what color it was supposed to be. Broken glass in picture over bed. No cover or controls on air conditioner. Mold throughout bathroom. I considered taking my sleeping bag into the room but knew we wouldn't be able to sleep amid such disgusting filth. I had to book another room in Gorham, which was a CLEAN room for much less money. When I called to ask the reservationist/owner (located in CT) if they knew about the condition of the room and to request at least a partial refun, the woman suddenly couldn't understand English, then hung up on me. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS DISGUSTING! They are just ripping people off.

The room I stayed in was terrible. The carpet had huge stains . The bathroom was very untidy. The toilet was dirty. I have never seen a motel room so ugly. It looks like the owner doesnt clean the rooms at all. The 105$ I paid for the room with double queen beds was way too much. The standard of the motel is one star too much. I dont recommend this motel to anyone. If I had known the conditions at the motel I would have slept in my car.

We never pulled in the drive-way, just kept going as fast as we could !!! It's a flop house!

There were stains on the carpet, walls, and ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling off of the walls. The sheets had cigarette burns. The bathroom ceramic tiles were cracked and loose. There was only one light working over the vanity. We didn't think we could get our money back since we had booked it online, so we stayed. We tried to complain the next morning but at 9:30 am the office was still not open.
