We stayed here for six nights just after Thanksgiving. The reception staff were helpful and courteous. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, spacious and clean and with comfortable beds that provided excellent rest. Some kind of construction was on-going across the road, however we were not significantly bothered. Room was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and hair dryer; however, a mini safe was not provided, would have been useful. In the lobby was a small convenience store, which among other articles carried a selection of frozen food which could be prepared in the room. No shops or restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. Free wifi and wired internet available in the room, although wifi was a bit slow, my Speedtest.net program measured on average 0.5 Mbit/s downstream and 0.25 Mbit/s upstream, compared to about ten times those values in our previous hotel in Canada. Wifi had a tendency to cut off every few hours, but could easily be reinstated, we quickly learned our password that way….. Lots of outdoor parking available, with camera surveillance from the reception. Free continental breakfast with daily oatmeal and waffles, reinforced with a couple of other hot items, different almost every day. Monday through Wednesday a Manager’s Special was offered from 5 to 7 PM on a complimentary basis, with wine, beer and soft drinks plus a light hot dish. Free coffee was available from the dining room on a 24/7 basis. If our future travels bring us to this part of New Hampshire we would not hesitate to stay here again.
