Enjoyed our stay here. Teens enjoyed the - very clean- pool. Unfortunately, the river had changed course and almost dried up at the resort due to the weather, which was disapointing, but not the hotel's fault. No air con (as they said), and almost unbearably hot in spite of the fans in each room; unusual weather for the time of year. Only downside was a rather unimaginative breakfast. Lovely day at the Attitash resort - highly recommend.

Our Free breakfast consists of 8 different cereals, wheat or white toast, english muffins, 4 different fllavored jelly types. 4 different flavors of oatmeal, usually two choices of juices. Milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. At least two Fruits, bananas and oranges. All this at the Poolside Cafe which is a large open room with windows on two sides overlooking the pool. Those who prefer the outdoors might like the open patio instead. Most people find it a great value...But, we tend to agree, that basic breakfast fare tends to lean away from originality. Cereal, toast and muffins is pretty standard stuff that's hard to get original with....but we do try to offer variety....and it's FREE. For a memorable "original breakfast" we always suggest a little place in Jackson called Yesterdays.
