We try, every two months, to take a trip to Winnemucca and always stay here at the Casino. We have never ran on to one employee that was not a helpful one. We seem to see the same employees each trip, which speaks loudly for the Management. The beds are clean, very comfortable, and they have great CableTV. We always eat at Petes restaurant, and it is very good food with daily specials. If you are looking for great servous, people that make you feel at home, please join us there. If you are ones that complain a lot about things, this may not be your place. I give this place a great score as we love the service, the machines, and just going to have fun. ALSO CHECK OUT THE FUN BUS IN YOUR AREA.THESE ARE GREAT GET AWAY TRIPS FOR A COUPLE OR SINGLE PERSON. GET A FRIEND OR ANOTHER COUPLE TO GO...THAT IS ALWAYS FUN.

Clerk seemed bothered to work. Room was far from casino but quiet. Clean but slight musty smell. Except for TV, room was straight outta 1977.

We stayed in a newly remodeled room connected to the casino. The curtains were falling off the rod and the remote did not work on the television. (Apparently a common problem). The maintenance replaced the remote in a timely manner and they did have a flat screen although somewhat small. The room was obviously clean as we may have been the first to use it. I think when the remodeling is done, the rooms will be very acceptable.

I thought the hotel was fine for what my friend and I needed. There was a bed, a shower, some ice and black out curtains! It is an older hotel and the area isn't that bad it seems. There are no refrigerators or microwaves, but there is a coffee maker. Check in and check out clerks were nice and we had no problems. The only difficulty we had was the internet. It was working, but it wasn't. There was a sign when we checked in that they were having difficulty with it.
We ate at Pete's and it was great. Great service!
