The rooms are very clean and looked newly remodeled. The check in staff were very friendly and they have a store on the property.There is the Reno River Walk just a short distance down the street along with Century theaters movie complex.

This hotel breaks new limits when it comes to despicable. My father died in room #127 of this hotel while resting from surgery in Reno. You think after something like this happens the hotel would be in contact with us, trying to get his belongings back to us ASAP. Well, thats not how this story goes. After a month of repeated calls by my grandmother that were not returned, I called down there hoping to talk to a manager. Lady who answered the phone was unbelievably crass and rude. She proceded to tell me that my fathers belongings were junk and they threw them away. THEY THREW AWAY A DECEASED MANS BELONGINGS?!? I was absolutely mortified. Needless to say I was not very nice, and AGAIN asked that the manager return my call. I needed his medical paperwork from the surgeries, and every other item he had with him there. ITS MY FATHERS PERSONAL BELONGINGS!! Well guess what, I never received a call back from the manager again. Needless to say I havent received any of his belongings, a phone call, nothing. At this point, I believe all of his things were stolen. Thats all I can come up with. Contacted the Reno police but there is nothing they can do, its a civil matter and you better believe im gonna go that route. How can someone steal a dead mans belongings. Unbelievable. Please dont give this trashy place your money, please.

I was in Reno for my job and stayed at the Town House Motor Lodge. The new managers welcomed me to Reno and made sure I had everything that I needed. I had a room that was very comfortable, large and clean. I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room and was able to buy food in the store on the premises when I didn't want to eat out. The managers are doing some renovations inside and out, including putting in a barbecue area for the guests! The next time I go to Reno, whether for my job or personal, I will stay at the Town House!

We have been coming to Reno off and on for over 10 years. We recently stayed at the Town House Motor Lodge and were very impressed with the renovations taking place there. The room was very comfortable and clean and the new Managers were extremely accomadating and friendly. I have an invalid mother and they went well overboard to make sure we where taken care of.
