Needed a room while finishing up a remodel. To start there weekly rate was great! Keeping it below thirty dollars a day, even over forth of bully weekend. We checked in and patty was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. As per prior reviews this inn is built and opened in 1969. The rooms remain in a 60-70 look. There is even a crime bottle opener on the bathroom door frame. There is however color tv with cable and HBO. Room was very clean nice towels, and most importantly hot water and pressure are great! The mattresses could use an upgrade, but if your like me a firm mattress is great from time to time. I've been in Reno a week already and although the legacy is posh and the sands are ok, I like it here. The trees are abundant so by 3:00 pm the whole ground floor is shaded. Birds chirping. Don't get much better than this. Also one block from Virginia west on forth its right in main the main stream of things, right next door to the silver legacy you are connected to almost all of the downtown casinos within walking distance.
