We have had a stay here at the Reno Hampton that has had some bumps in the road.

While we have encountered various difficulties with the facility and staff during our stay here, Francisa Ramirez has been a fantastic representative of Hampton Inn and Suites.

She has helped with reproduction of room keys several times, assisted with a minor plumming problem, assisted with faxing that we needed for business purposes, given directions to a medical facility when needed, helped us with some personal supplies as well as always having a cheerful and pleasant attitude. This morning she greeted me by name! It has been a pleasure getting to know her.

Today we discussed her role here at the hotel. She works weekends as well as three other days. In our conversation I noted that she does not work for the money as I can see that she does this job from her heart. I could tell by the expression on her face that I was exactly right.

I would like to recognize Francisa Ramirez as an example of the kindness, thoroughness and competency that Hampton Inn strives for.

The Hampton Inn in Reno is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff is ultra friendly and the entire facility is sparkling clean and fresh smelling. This is the only hotel I stay at when I visit Reno. I highly recommend it!

My family and I recently stayed in the Reno, NV Hampton Inn & Suites on the way to Lake Tahoe. Upon leaving the hotel, my son accidently left a special knitted wool cap in our room whcih we did not discover until several days later. I called the hotel and spoke with a very friendly and helpful front desk person who said would look for the cap and call me with her search results. Two days later I received a return phone call from her in which she said that she had the cap and would mail it to us. We received the cap and are most appreciative of her assistance with its return. As any traveler knows, having a lost item returned is not always the norm.

My family and I stayed at this inn for three nights recently , and it was extremely pleasant. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, the facility was clean and nicely maintained, and we got all of the really useful area info (i.e. where to eat, etc.) from the wonderful desk clerk, Leo Martinez. This hotel was a great value for the money, and we would definitely return if we ever need to stay in the Reno area again.
