Very nice and clean hotel with a very personal feel. The structure and layout is not as new & modern as other chain motels, but the rooms have been updated with some impressive furniture and kept very clean . I can not think of another motel or hotel which provides an actual usable balcony - which overlooks the pool courtyard.

The motel has a unique feeling of community, which might be a little unsettling to some, but it is a great place for families.

Very disappointed! We woke up to NO HOT WATER ON THE MORNING of Feb 17th! When we checked out no manger was called and the only discount we got was 10% off.....one of us was cold and wet. And the other went with out no shower! It made our Reno experance horrible!!!! never again!!!!

I love this place. Rooms clean and pleasant, management is great and the location is excellent. I spend several months each year in upper medium priced motels around the country and this is one of the best. It is almost impossible to find a place in this price range with such pleasant access to the out of doors. If you are a person who likes to stay locked in a big box this may not be the place for you.

This hotel is gross. I don't know who wrote those other reviews, but they're lying. Maybe there is a different Quality Inn in Reno. The one I stayed at was old and icky. The rooms haven't been renovated since the 60s, and the sheets had stains on them. I was given a room right on Virginia Street, which is extremely noisey. When I asked to change rooms, they gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. It was literally 100 degrees that day and there was a wildfire south of town, so operning the windows was not an option. The people working at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, however, which is why I didn't give it the worst rating possible. Fortunately, they let me check out and go to another hotel.
