I made my initial reservation online, but due to change in plans, I had to call customer service to move the dates. A couple of weeks before our intended stay, I happened to check the website and I was surprised to see that the rates dropped by around $50/night difference compared to how much was held on my credit card. I called customer service again and they were very accommodating to adjust my rates! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, infact I was led to the line for preferred/premium customers. We were also given 2 connecting rooms, something I didn't expect when I only requested adjacent rooms. The best part of the deal was being given 2 free breakfast/brunch tickets to the buffet for each AAA member! So we got a total of 4 free buffets with my husband & mine's AAA membership. Wenjoyed the elegant buffet, with a wide variety of good and fresh food to choose from. We have no complaints about the rooms, they were clean and comfortable. There are also a lot of decent and not too expensive restaurants as well as convenient stores outside the hotel. No problem with parking, customer service was overall great!
