Entering the Casino was breath taking. This casino is awesome. It is as beautiful as any place in Las Vegas. We did not stay overnight so I can't comment on the rooms or the restaurants. We wished that we hadn't eaten before we got there because the food we saw looked delicious. We just stopped by for a 4 hrs. visit. For those who don't like to gamble there is a walkway that takes you over to a shopping area. Besides the beauty of the Casino we were so impressed with the staff and their helpfulness. The gaming payoffs was as comparable to other casinos. They have a large selection of slots to play. The table dealers are friendly, funny and courteous. Their personalities drew us in and made us want to stay. They never made us feel like we had to hurry to make a decision on a bet. It was a first time at a 21 table for one of the women at our table. The dealer was very polite at helping her understand the game. The next time in Reno we will definitely stay here. We heard great things about the rooms and dining. I wish we would have been able to see one of the rooms. We figured if they were anything like the casino area they would be fabulous.

Excellent staff, very friendly casino dealers who can go extra miles to make you part of the game and teach you while you play...I am impressed. My wife and I were pretty new to Blackjack and dealers (even we rem their names :) Amanda and Nancy) helped us so well in getting our basics right and we enjoyed the game for almost next 4-5 hours. Excellent is the understatement here specially when you look at the other options in Reno.

Probably most places in Reno allow smoking but I do not enjoy soaking in clouds of cigarette smoke from the casino while I am standing in line to check in. To access any of the public buildings you must walk through open areas filled with cigarette smoke. Really disgusting and my clothes still smell from it. Otherwise, the restaurants are nice, good quality food and good service, the room was large, inexpensive, and well appointed with free wifi, but if you are sensitive to smoke I would try somewhere not associated with a casino.

just got back from the Atlantis in Reno for girls spa week-end, as always had a great time. The spa has been reopened a little over 2 years and is one of the best I have ever been to. The prices are also really good. While at the Atlantis be sure to try out their great restuarants. We go twice a year and are planning our next trip there
