We have been going to the Peppermill for years and have never had a poor experience. We have stayed in the Peppermill Towers and the Tuscan Towers and both are wonderful. The staff, from the maintenance to the front office staff, are a joy to work with. They are so willing to take care of their guests in a helpful and courteous manner. The Peppermill is a complete stay. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, the many restaurants are wonderful and give you a wide choice--from snacks to elegant dinners. The casino and entertainment are superb. The hotel is well maintained and exceptionally clean. I am not a high stakes gambler but am treated the same as those who are. Although I have not used them, the convention facilities are beautiful. We recommend the Peppermill whole heartedly and with no reservations. It is the best!!

One Doesn't have leave this place to have a great time away from home--although Reno and the area have much to offer.

Peppermill has always been my favorite place to play and stay....How can anyone not love the food the entertainment, gaming, lights and fixtures, as well as employees courtersy in each department employed at Peppermill.

I stayed in the Tuscan Tower. The room was immense. The bathroom was incredibly large ( two sinks) with separate spaces for the toilet and the shower. The restaurants top notch - even the onion rings in the Pub were top draw. The size and quality of the buffet are extraordinary. Must be seen to be believed. In the casino, the slots were varied, interesting and, above all, generous. Peppermill staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. Most important., I am not a high stakes gambler but that does not matter with respect to service. In other places, notably Atlantic City which is less than 3 hours from my home by car, I was ignored and will never return. The 2500 mile flight from Maryland to Reno is well worth the fantastic experience provided by the Peppermill Reno.
