We loved the room, food and service....The walk to Circus, Circus Hotel and Silver Legacy was very convenient...Silver Legacy was our favorite place to eat....Food is good in all three hotels. The staff were very helpful....I love the events they had...which was the Peter Pan Live Show. My kids thoroughly enjoyed watching that...I just think they need to put more comfortable mattresses though....Parking was easy to find and the entry from hotel to parking was very good...

My husband and I were invited to stay at the El Dora do by tour coordinator who has made arrangements for us in the past for our Las Vegas trips. From the time we walked in the front door it seemed the guest service staff was both rude and conducted themselves in very unprofessional manners.
After we registered and paid for our rooms, we were at the elevators and the security guy was making some very rude remarks about mixed couples. We never went to the room, just left and went to the airport. I would never advise anyone without some kind of Arian Brotherhood connection stay there. I have called and left two messages requesting a phone call from a manager. I never was called which tells me this company could care less about how the staff treats guests.

Located just yards from the downtown Reno sign which crosses the street.. This hotel and casino connects with two others, Circus-Circus and Silver Legacy. Some of the standard rooms are small and usually the staff will do a upgrade to a larger standard room if you ask. all room are nice, clean and good TV. Internet through the TV is free. They charge for Wifi.

Bar service @ the bar is good although the policy changes from bartender to bartender. Overall good service. Floor bar service is fair. Several eateries on on-stie all are good. Some are for budget travelers others are spendy.

This hotel has one of the lowest "resort fees" in the town.

I have become very impressed with this hotel and casino. Arrival and parking is easy. Check-in has always been quick and professional. We stay in the basic king or twin queen rooms. Clean and fairly quiet. They have a small gym downstairs that I really like. Most of the cardio machines have t.v.'s or you can plug in an Ipod/Ipad. Casino has always been fun and active. The hostesses are very cute and attentive (hey, I'm not dead yet). We have eaten at most of the onsite resturants and have never been disappointed. Pay outs on most games seem to be fair and equitable. Will definitely continue to stay here during my visits to Reno.
