“Rooms are humble and casino outdated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2012

My husband and I decided to try Primm Valley given it's convenient access to the outlet mall. Unfortunately, the hotel was reminiscent of a Motel 6. . .very thin walls where we could hear the comings and goings of our neighbors, old, outdated bathrooms and a "truck stop" approach to interior decoration. The casino's machines were very outdated and no one I saw was hitting any jackpots. The two saving graces were the buffet and the easy access to the outlet mall which, in large part, competensated for the hotel's shortcomings. Would not visit again.

Room Tip: Good luck. . .

Dear Ianit50,

Thank you for posting you comments. I was pleased to hear you enjoyed our buffet and had time to stop by the outlet mall for a little shopping. However, please accept my apologies for the disturbances and inconveniences you experienced with the noise levels during your stay. I regret your stay did not meet all your expectations,

Sincerely,
Kenji Hall

Primm Valley Resort was great! From the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room. This place pleasantly shocked me, I have stayed here many times over the years. When I returned I noticed how good everything looked, the buffet is small by Vegas standards but it is clean and presented better than most. The rooms look great.....guest be respectful, help keep them nice. I appreciated the appearance of the room and the comfy beds, very chic. I made two request when I arrived and staff members responded and completed the task within 10 minutes. The events they offer to club members are great, what a deal. The staff members seem to hit the nail on the head when it comes to customer service. When was the last time you were treated like you were appreciated and mattered to a company? For me it was February 2012 and it was at the Primm Valley Resort. Dont't for get to try Ayala's restaurant at Buffalo Bill's, I think the entire staff welcomed us and asked about the food, which is excellent, I mean some of the best Mexican food around, large portions, fresh and delicious. Awesome, just wish I had left room for dessert!

The room was renovated, modern, clean and we had one with a beautiful view. The cafe personnel very friendly and we had fast service. We also had dinner at the GP steakhouse and the food was excellent. The Casino was not crowded at all. Casino is attached to the mall, we got some excellent bargains. The mall is a mile long so we took some long walks in between lunch and playing bingo. The staff at Primm Valley was approachable and very pleasent. When visiting this Casino you do not have to drive your car around, you can use the monorail or the shuttle. Very satisfied.

Room Tip: Rooms in the middle of the hallway have better views.

Had a great time... didn;t win anything, but we mostly went for the Engelbert Humperdinck show. The rooms have been beautifully upgraded as well as the casinos at Primm and Whiskey Petes. The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever your needs are. I will continue to go back when I can.

Room Tip: If you are a non smoker, ask for a room at the lower floor at Primm.. the smoke from the casino and...

We really like Primm. The offers are good, the buffet and cafe are very good. The mall is exceptional, and the food court has a nice variety. They have a good variety of card games and a lot of fun penny slot machines. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Mulligans Pub is the best place to sit, have a drink, and play video poker. The juke bax has a great variety of tunes. Not a whole lot of wins this stay, maybe next time. A fun place to stay and play.
