Room had softball sized hole in wall. 2 floor has ice machine broken. Hall flooring dingy.
small casino. Worn place. No valet parking.

I absolutely hated everything about this place, except the restaurant was pretty good!
I had so many issues, even spoke w the housekeeping manager, just to let him know my displeasures, cause I wasn't asking for any compensation!!!!!!!
buffalo bills is being renovated and the primm resort would be acceptable.
This place is one that u would not be happy to stay at. The other 2 places have most things happening anyways

We love the Hotel especially since the remodeling has been completed. We went on a mini-getaway (no kid's weekend) and it was wonderful!
The Buffet at Primm was fabulous!! They had such a variety for such a small buffet...frim seafood to beef and of course the deserts!

This isn't the greatest hotel to stay at, but it's definitely a good value for those on a budget. My husband and I stood here on our way to Las Vegas. We knew we would be arriving at about midnight, so we didn't want to spend a lot of money on a hotel because we knew that we were only going to sleep and then head out to Vegas in the morning. The hotel is a bit outdated, but our room was clean and that's all that matters. The casino was a bit dead which made me not want to gamble but overall the room served its purpose and we got it for a great price.

Terrible, dirty ragged worn carpets, terible room service. Checked in on a Friday afternoon room not cleaned until 11P.M. on Saturday after 6 calls to housekeeping, and asking the housekeeping staff that was on the floor cleaning rooms. We will never stay here again, though after lodging a formal complaint to management the room fee was credited back to our credit card.
