Tired old property. A front desk person who couldn't care less if you lived or died, devoid of services like bell boys and even luggage carts.
Rooms are old, furnishings old, but on the plus side, the standard room is very large with a large bathroom. Beds are comfortable and clean.
All in all, a fine stopover on your way to Vegas. Cheap and clean.
Tips: Eat at the buffet at Primm Valley across the street. Awesome food and a nice casino. You can take the monorail. Don't expect the slots to be kind.

Dear Hadassh28,
I was pleased to hear you enjoyed the Country Club Buffet at Primm Valley. However, please accept my sincere apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the overall friendliness of Front Desk and during your stay. I have forwarded your comments to the Hotel Manager to take action on. You are truly a valued guest and we welcome the opportunity to entertain you again.
Best Regards,
Kenji Hall
