This is a great property! All rooms are suites, complete with full size kitchens. The problem lies with the front desk, We were quoted one price and when we arrived the price was 1/3 higher.
The clerk was unable to adjust the rate since the mgr. was not there as a matter of fact she was not there for 3 days. We had friends staying there that also were quoted 3 different rates.
So be sure to ask for written verification if you stay there.

The room was large, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had the room right behind the desk and were warned it was noisy. It is! We had a large group and they were very accommodating to us. They shut the tennis court down for us, let us use the barbeque for a group outing near the pool, and let us get a little loud after golf to settle the scores on who won. We enjoyed it a lot!

Stayed in Mesquite overnight on July 21st, by sheer luck checked the property online and was quite impressed by the website. Made the reservation night before and was so surprised about the rate only $59.00 had to ask twice if the price was correct. The resort is right off the I-15 which is very handy. When I arrived at about 11am the room was ready which was really great since it was a very hot day already. Sandra was so nice and friendly and extremely accomodating. I work in the hotel industry in LV and was impressed by her professionalism. The room was so lovely and clean and it was nice to have the ability to use the kitchen area which I did. I was sorry to leave since I was on my way to Cedar City on Friday July 22nd. This was such a nice start to a mini vacation. I could have stayed in one of the other blah hotels in town for the same price but with half the quality and service have already recommended the resort to friends.

Very clean, well maintained and large rooms with fully equipped kitchens (dishes, pots, pans & etc). Free WIFI has good coverage. Helpful, friendly front desk. No smoking & no pets - very quiet.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was. I had a studio, with a kitchen area, bay window (looking towards the mountains) and a sitting area.
There are two pools and a restaurant in the building too. Quiet and comfortable.
If you are passing the on your way to Utah or Vegas, this would be a great stop for a family or running solo. The rooms had a bit of a golf theme. There are some classic golf courses in Mesquite. I stopped at Wolf Creek prior to checking in and I noticed there were some golfers staying at this property.
You are close to some stores and casinos too.
