Stayed there last year during the Mesquite Amateur golf tournament. The rooms were very nice, the best I've seen in Mesquite (Disclaimer: I've stayed in several but not CasaBlanca).
I loved the place,
Management was very accommodating and did come down a little on their rate but did not offer a competitive price with the tournament rate available elsewhere in town. Still it is a very nice upgrade and I slept like a baby there.
Large, well appointed rooms with beautiful views of the Virgin River valley, a pool, a complimentary breakfast... quiet... My kind of place.

We stayed here in December. Had a suite with balcony and a great view of the valley. Room was large, fridge, microwave. We bought food and a bottle of wine from the local Walmart, had dinner on the balcony. lt is also a dog friendly hotel, no size restrictions. Check in was easy, staff very friendly. Bed was super comfy, good pillows and bedding.

Pet friendly hotel. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable with duvet covers that are cleaned and not the normal bedspread which I love. Frig and microwave in room. Even though there was no restaurant, bar, or casino on site, that was fine with us. Breakfast was marginal. It was continental with the normal waffle maker, sausage, cereal, breads, juice. Plenty of area to walk the dog. The vanity area is in the bathroom and not separate. I prefer separate when not traveling by myself. Right off of the freeway and across the freeway from the casinos.

Huge rooms overlooking the valley make this a great place to stop. It is clean, comfortable and quiet.
