“Funky old small motel- but it's quiet & your room right next to your vehicle”

Read about this motel online; offered a price comparable to the big casinos (didn't honor online offer when I got there.). After a LONG day at the wheel, I felt my check-in was a BIG BOTHER to the young woman (singing along with Bollywood in the check-in area of their lobby-living room). When I asked for ice (no ice machine), however, the mature gentleman was nice enough to get me some from their refrigerator. Kitch-y decor but comfy bed. (Bathroom vanity needed to be re-secured to wall- unsafe.) Ample hot water, easy access- park right in front of your room. Quiet, cheap, funky... could be a nice little place if they put some money into it.

and sleep in your car in the Walmart parking lot. It would probably be as comfortable! Very old motel with no amenities. Furniture dirty and decrepit, although bedding was clean. Cockroach in the bathroom. On the positive side, the owners are very friendly and the tap water from the bathroom sink was hot enough to steep tea.
