We arrived on friday and had a very easy check in. We chose the hotel area dedicated to those with pets as we had our two dogs with us. What a fantastic idea! We had a beautiful suite with absolutely wonderful beds, pillows and linens. The value was really good too. It is located right on the river and steps from the riverwalk. Our room was very clean and nice and the service was great. Not sure why the other reviews were so negative...our experience was good.

Ceiling are too low in the casino, the air can NOT circulate to move the smoke out!! The Riverview Cafe is still operating in the 1960's era. Get rid of the carts to deliver food on. It sets somewhere being loaded up for 2 or 3 tables and the food is getting cold!!!!! The new Prime Rib Room is a joke!! Why do you need a reservation for a buffet salad bar and potato bar?? Both are a free for all, push and shove to get some food. I like the balcony in the rooms. Rooms were roomy and clean. No A/C in the winter time.

wallpaper was torn off walls on hallway on south tower. The smoke was so thick you choked. Elevators were out for more than 6 hours..
Memory Pillows were a box of rocks and a joke don't buy. Beds were like sleeping on slab of cement..
We tried the restaurant. lunch beef french dip was so dry and no nothing on it but meat and bread. service was just worth a penny tip.
This use to be a great place. try another casino..Very Very disgusted and I use to love to stay here. Stay away ..trashy now.

A friend of ours asked if we would like to go to Laughlin, Nv as she had
a deal for the flight plus hotel at Riverside Resort. The flight on Funjet was
really good. Right on time, very courteous, you even received a whole can of pop. Our luggage was delivered to our room and free shuttle from airport to hotel. If I was going on my own and needed to choose a hotel in Laughlin, it wouldn't be Riverside. It was kind of rundown and dirty looking. The only place we ate at the Riverside Resort wasCinnaBon and it wasn't that fresh. Also Riverside is at the end of the street with all of the casinos. I would probably do the flight plus room again but otherwise would never stay at Riverside Resort.
