A large group of us stayed in a couple of rooms for two nights. It's convenient that it's located right across the street from the MGM Grand, but having always stayed in the center of the strip before, this was obviously a major downgrade. Rooms were small and furniture was beaten up, walls were thin (you could hear AND smell just about everything from next door) and the sheets had some mysterious stains and were really scratchy. Bathroom was decent, shower was a good size compared to other motels. Just gave the service a neutral rating because I didn't check us in so I didn't have any encounters with staff.
Overall it was a shabby room (but for the price I pretty much expected that) and it's probably not somewhere I'd stay again. If you want the real Vegas vacation experience, staying in a bigger hotel/casino on the actual strip is much more convenient, fun and worth the extra money.
