We stayed one night to escape the "weekend rates" of the strip hotels.

LIKED:

1) Location - close to Strip but quieter.
2) Cost - very reasonable.
3) Included breakfast - besides saving money - the time savings is awesome. And most of the Strip hotels do not have coffee makers.
4) Stove and fridge.
5) Parking right next to your room - on the Strip - even when you get a "good" parking spot, you are at least a half mile from your room.

DIDN'T LIKE:

The breakfast room was "tight" and felt crowded. This made getting food and drinks awkward, and the room where you eat - you felt like you were sitting on top of other people.

This is a small complaint and I appreciated the free breakfast - but this would be a powerful improvement to an already good hotel.

If you want a hot breakfast included with your room, you might want to stay elsewhere. This property has converted one of the guest rooms to the breakfast area. It is very small and crowded, and there is nowhere to eat. You have to take your food back to your room. So if you make a waffle, toast, etc., it is cold by the time you get back to your room

Excellent location, budget motel good value, free WIFI (very fast) no big surprises, you get what you pay for. Problems: It is a bit noisy because it is in the flight path of the airport so every couple minutes you hear planes going overhead. Overnight though this was not a problem. Also, being a budget motel, you do hear people above you, walking past outside, etc. Again, not a big problem. Do not expect much from the free breakfast buffet...especially if you are interested in eating healthy..it is mostly waffles, pre-packaged pastry, sugary cereals, very little fruit, no yogurt. There were some hard boiled eggs, but curiously they were already peeled...I don't know who peeled them (or why?) but it looked unappetizing and unsanitary. Free shuttle to the Airport. Free parking. Lots of restaurants nearby..go north half a block to Flamingo and there are lots of options, including a Starbucks.

I selected this hotel because I couldn't seem to get a good price on the strip and my expectations were exceeded. From the time their Complimentary Airport Shuttle driver picked me up I felt at peace. Upon arrival Tiffany made my check in process a real breeze which I really appreciated after 5 hours of flying...Thanks Tiffany. But everyone was great. Great Staff. And even the complimentary breakfast was good.
Will is one of the other shuttle driver I met... really cool characeter. I will definitely return to the comfort Inn..
