Had problems from the very beginning..Made reservation with LQs reservation line with confirmation number.. Day of arrival, they had NO reservation in my name and conf.# was someone elses reservation. Once I checked in, requested a rollaway bed and was told they would bring it up. 4 hours later called front desk to find out that there was none available. Throughout our 2 night stay, we recieved NO housekeeping. When I called front desk, they sent someone up with towels, but that was it. CHEAP & SLEEZY!! also, was woken up at 2am by what sounded like women racing down the hallways laughing .. spilled beer in the elevators.. Never again! would rather pay $20 more to stay in a BETTER hotel..

Very nice that they are dog friendly. No frills hotel but a great value.

We spent one night before catching a flight, and took advantage of their sleep-park-fly rate. We don't enjoy gambling and this was nice because there is no casino on premises so it was peaceful and not smoky. The room was on the small side but adequate. The linens and bathroom were spotless. Internet service was free and fast. There is a courtyard with a pool and hot tub, and covered parking if you are leaving your car there for a week like we did. That would be a real plus in the summer but made us feel more secure even in December. The breakfast was ample in a spacious room, and the hotel manager came around to each table and asked for any problems or suggestions we might have had. There were none. Highly recommend this place!

I would defintely recommend this hotel.. I was looking for a hotel that met the following criteria. 1) Park & Fly Option 2) Airport Shuttle and a decent price. I am a female travelling alone and so the next critical issue and perhaps ultimately the decision making choice was as to "safety" and of course, Price/value for the servi es rendered.

I had difficulty LINKING from the park, sleep and fly website to this hotel, as it kept not offering it after I put in the one night stay. Ultimately, the front desk was to help me book the room, the same day as the stay.

Driving up, I was happy with the neighborhood.. I personally don't care for trendy, showy, maze like casinos which happen to have hotels. Its just not my thing.. so, this 3 story, secured door hotel was just my cup of tea... Plenty of Parking, well lite, and rather "enclosed".... I didin't notice any transient activity and/or uninvited activity and I was out to a family function until quite late (2am).. I forgot something in the car and so I went back out and I did not have an insecure feeling about the neighborhood.

The room was fine.. It was an EXCELLENT value in my opinion.. The sign out front today reads $69. rooms.. So, I don't think you can beat that for a clean, traveler friendly location

Some other observations:
1. There was a good selection for breakfast. (Free)
2. They offer free Airport Shuttle.. They were punctual (with 2 hours notice to TAKE you to the airport). I look forward to seeing how it is upon arrival.
3. There were a number of CREW for the airlines who stayed there.. So, it would seem that if it weren't satisfactory, they would complain and it wouldn't be so.
4. They have a business center.
5. They have a nice pool area.'
6. The room was clean. 2 minor comments which could be bigger for someone else. The ground floor did smell of smoke when I walked in... So, COMMON area didn't smell as clean as I would like... There was a problem with an electrical outlet in the bathroom and the switch into the room. I reported it and they duly noted it in a book.

The staff was friendly and helpful. ALL of them!...

BEST: If you have a car and you your goal is to find a clean, nice place to stay (not Glitzy, and not new new new) with free parking during your stay (see below) and no casinos.. I would most defintely consider this location.
The airport is just down the road.. I think maybe a 3 miles.. and a straight (not too busy at 7 pm on Friday night) and no problems.
--For the park, stay, Fly folks... This is uncovered parking and yet it didn't feel to "exposed" and the lighting was good and they include that for 7 days with a one night stay at the park,stay, fly set price.. and you can pay more for more days. It was acceptable to me., but I just left my car there tonight..

NO CAR?: They offer a shuttle service to the airport and to the Strip, but I'm not sure about how often the strip shuttle is available.... I didn't use that service..

I would recommend this to a friend.
