“Neat suites buzzed by air traffic”

If you can live with the roar of jets making tire marks on the roof, and if you're lucky enough to get one of the remodeled suites in this very nice property,you can't find a better VALUE. Furnishings are early Salvation Army (slowly being replaced) and Linens and maid service are extra. Immediate neighborhood is really poor, but gated security is good and only a block away is the Hard Rock Hotel. Many unruly In-and-out tenants disrupted our snowbird stay. Wouldn't return.

Yes. this property is close to the airport. However a "jewel" in this neighborhood. Gated, Resident Prescreening, Onsite Management and Value... Rental Rates included utilities, furnishings,local phone, free internet, and satellite TV...

While this property is 25+ years it is well maintained and safe. Continious remodeling and upkeep. Our best reccemdation is a huge repeat customer base. Property is usually 100% occupied...
