The staff and housekeeping were great. The hotel itself was very nice, enjoyed the casino and the music at the casino. I would stay there again, however there were a couple of things I was not too happy about. First would be the lighting in the room (especially bathroom) it was very dim and hard to get ready which I could have dealt with during the day by opening the curtains but there was no mirror on the dresser so would have to stand in front of mirrored closet door (really a small inconvenience) The larger issue was we were told there would be a $50 security deposit each night we stayed and it would be refunded when we checked out which was true however there was a incidental fee each night of $20.16 (total for 3 nights $60.48) I don't recall this being mentioned and when I asked about it I was told it was for things like using the hotel phone, valet service, newspapers etc. I did not use any extra services and do not feel like I should be charged for things I might use and this fee is not refunded, I do not believe this should even be legal. I have heard that some of the larger hotels do this but I have never had it happen before so I was very unpleasantly surprised, to me that is like be charged at a restaurant extra because I might order a bottle of wine with dinner, ludicris. I did enjoy my stay and the accomodations just unhappy about extra fees, the room and drinks were expensive enough not to mention the money we spent at their restaurant & gift shop.
