Fantastic time! Rooms were clean, staff was awesome. Rocked it all weekend! Will be back.

Our stay at HRH was awesome! We stayed there purposely for the Motley Crue concert but the entire experience was amazing. Loved the suite and all it offered. I highly recommend it and I am sold for any future Vegas trips!

Brought Travelzoo coupons for myself and my husband. I wasn't sure that spa and Hard Rock would go together but was pleasantly surprised. The lobby and casino are really loud but the spa was quite and peaceful with muted earth tones.
We both had Cathryn for facials (25 min) and we both liked her and the treatment very much. After that we both had massage (1 hr) but with different masseuses. I liked mine a lot, even though it was Swedish she really worked on my knots. My husband didn't like his massage, too wimpy.
Both the men's and women's dressing areas had spa, sauna and steam room (clothing optional). We both really liked the steam room. Sauna didn't seem hot enough for either of us. There's a co-ed roman bath (in the website picture and below is my version) that was nicely warm with jets.
The staff was friendly and spent a lot of time making sure the area was clean and well stocked.
I would have liked some lounge chairs for read or chilling out but overall, I thought the spa was nice and would recommend it others

Bought a concert package with tickets to Motley Crue and a 2 night stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Loved it! We were upgraded to a corner room in the Paradise Tower. Bed was nice and comfy and the room was clean. The Joint venue was great. I really loved the rock-n-roll atmosphere and the rock music playing in the casino, elevators, and hallways. It was great! Staff was friendly and courteous. They do have a shuttle that runs back and forth to the Strip every hour on the hour, which is nice as well. Next trip to Vegas will be spent at the HRH!!
