It was too hot in my room to sleep. Tried turning on the a/c but all that did was push around the warm air. Turns out the staff decides whether or not to activate the a/c for the entire building. They told me to open the window. All that did was make it noisy in the room and draw in the warm air from the hallway. They did offer to move me to the other building but I had to get up in a few hours and by the time I packed, moved, and settled in it would be time to get up. Other than the heat, the room was ok. But it does not matter how nice the room is if one can't get any sleep. Will not stay here again.
Room Tip: Do not accept a room in the north tower if you want a/c
